How to brighten a dark day

Easy!  You play with photo filters!  A nice vintage rosy glow and a sparkly sunbeam or two and there you are – a brightened day.  I know I’ve gone a bit over the top with the sunbeams but really, one look out the window on the coldest blusteriest day ever and that was never going to happen.  Guild the lily, I say!

Not that neon needs any help in that department.  And I’ll be making more Crayon Chick neon goodies this afternoon so my day will continue in it’s rosy glow.   Yay!

And it’s not all play, it’s valuable market research into what’s available in App Land and precious time spent on how to play apply these filters.

For your reference, and not that I endorse any apps, I used Picfx for the filters.

I hope you’ve found a little sunbeam or two for your day, too!

Frankie and Ray - Well, that’s cheered my cold old self up! I’m sewing with sorbet coloured cottons, my own wishful thinking.
