It’s busy days around here! I’m a jet setting, crochet making, suitcase carrying, crafting machine trying to figure out how to make enough stock to carry from one end of the country to the other in an endless whirl of market set up and market pack down. I’m worn out, bruised and battered and have no time to rest. But I’ve worked all year for this crazy time, right? There’s no hiding, we have arrived, it’s that time of the year!
I’ve just returned from a weekend in Brisbane for Finders Keepers and how fantastic was that?! Not just because it was warm, but because Brisbane people are marvellous! It was so nice to catch up with everyone. And I got to launch a few new products, a few new looks, all to a very enthusiastic response. Thank you Brisbane! I’ve now gone confidently into the land of uploading new product in my online shop!
I have newly listed Ball Wreaths and Rope Bowls. Yep, Rope Bowls, I’ve been sourcing new material for ages and I’m so happy with my new look beloved bowls. Rope! That’s right, if I can find a trickier and more daunting material then I will and I’ll decided to use it in unexpected ways. So why not crochet with rope! Old crafts new tricks. I have to say, the finished pieces are just breathtaking. I love them! They are deliciously weighty, feel wonderful, and look divine.
Next stop, Adelaide for Bowerbird Bazaar!
