Rustic charm

Despite the lack of vanilla slices, my weekend in fabulous Adelaide for the Bowerbird Bazaar was wonderful. The Queen’s Theatre would be one of my all-time favourite venues with it’s weathered, aged and rustic look – all those exposed beams, rusted surfaces and stone walls. And then there was the shopping! I bought this gorgeous origami ball made from recycled papers, mine is from a Roget’s Thesauras! It’s just so lovely to meet new people at markets, and the hideyo designs guys had the most beautiful paper pieces.

Cathy - Next time you come to Adelaide try the vanilla slices at Dulwich Bakery. http://www.dulwichbakery.com.au/ They’ve won first prize at the Royal Adelaide Show for the last five years.
